Grinds Café started out as a dream for our family…

On August 16, 1998 was our first day open..
Since then we have grown into a business employing
over 20 people. In 2002 we received an award for the fastest 50 businesses in Hawaii.
Our restaurant only serves the freshest products
and we make all our menu items from scratch.
Our receipts come from here and afar.
We are known island wide for our homemade bread
and the largest pizza on Kauai.
We grind our beef patty from steak and what's more,
we make our own Sausage patties.
Our homemade salad dressing is the finest on the island.
Our favorite is the Caesar dressing.
Our breakfast menu is served all day long.
Our dishes are scrumptious and generous
with a price that everyone can afford
